Availability Calendar — Set Your Schedule for Bookings

Introduction

Control when customers can book by setting your availability. Define business hours, time slot intervals, and buffer times between appointments. The calendar automatically shows only available times to visitors.

How It Works

Setting Your Availability

Configure your booking calendar:

  • Business hours — Set opening and closing times
  • Time slots — Choose intervals (15, 30, or 60 minutes)
  • Buffer time — Add gap time between bookings (e.g., 30 minutes for cleanup)

Multiple Rooms or Resources

If you have multiple bookable resources (rooms, tables, desks):

  • Add each room/resource separately
  • Each has its own availability
  • Visitors choose from available options

How Visitors See It

When a visitor opens a booking widget:

  1. Calendar shows available dates
  2. Selecting a date reveals available time slots
  3. Booked or unavailable slots are hidden
  4. Buffer time is automatically enforced

Managing Your Calendar

From your dashboard:

  • View all bookings on a calendar
  • See which rooms are booked and when
  • Adjust availability as needed
  • Cancel or modify existing bookings

Key Benefits

  • Automatic availability — Only available slots shown to visitors
  • Buffer time — Prevent back-to-back bookings
  • Multiple resources — Manage rooms, tables, or desks independently
  • Conflict prevention — System prevents double-bookings
  • Timezone support — Correct times for visitors in any timezone
  • Calendar sync — Optional sync with external calendar systems
